This class is an in depth, participatory (if you want) discussion of how wine is actually made! We'll discuss sparkling, white, orange, rose & red and an overview of natural vs conventional wines. Tasting of 4-wines (or more) plus small snack plate of cheese & crackers will be included. Location will be in Ballard.
