A glass of wine or NA bev + honest conversation and community provided! additional beverages available for purchase - starts around 6pm.

Menopause is becoming easier to talk about, and yet there is still a lot of stigma and mystery. We live in a crazy, busy world - time is not always available. I get the avoidance of talking about this challenging topic. And I’ve also learned that community is so incredible and together we truly are better. SOOOOO, friends, join me in gathering to support each other - all emotions and curiosity allowed in a safe, nurturing environment.
